Return & Exchange Policy

  1. ⁠Eligibility for Returns
    • ⁠You may return non-defective, regular-priced items purchased online within 14 days of delivery, unworn/unwashed with original tags and packaging.
    • ⁠Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
    • Orders made using store credits are not eligible for further returns and exchanges.
  2. How to Return
    • ⁠Email us at cs@bunnyhill.sg with your order number and reason for return.
    • ⁠Once approved, we will issue the address to you to mail it back to us. You can return for store credits or do an exchange. 
  3. Store credits refund
    • ⁠Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • ⁠Return shipping costs are paid by you (unless the item is defective)

    Eligibility
    • ⁠Items purchased online that are returned and do not qualify for a cash refund (e.g. sale items, gift cards, or items returned past the cash refund window) may be issued as store credit.)

    • ⁠Store credit is non‑transferable, non‑redeemable for cash, and must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance. Store credits is valid for one year upon issuing. 

    How to Use Store Credit
    • ⁠Store credit can be applied to online purchases at BunnyHill.
    • ⁠When checking out online, enter your store credit code at payment. The remaining balance, if any, can be paid using another payment method.

  4. Exchanges
    • ⁠We only allow exchanges of colour and size.

  5. Defective Items
    • ⁠Email us at cs@bunnyhill.sg within 14 days of receiving the item, if the product is defective. Please provide the screenshot of the defective area. 
    • ⁠BunnyHill will replace or refund defective items upon confirmation.

  6. ⁠Payment & Security Policy
    • All transactions are processed securely via third-party payment gateways with SSL encryption to ensure the safety of your information.
    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayNow, GrabPay, and other payment methods listed at checkout.
    • All payments are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

  9. What is considered not a defect

    Product Defects
    What is not considered a defect:
    * Loose Threads or Minor Thread Ends
Easily trimmed threads are common in mass-produced garments and are not considered defects.
    * Color Variations
Slight differences in color may occur due to lighting, screen displays, or dye lots and are normal.
    * Pattern Misalignment
Minor misalignment in stripes, checks, or prints is acceptable within standard manufacturing tolerances.
    * Measurement Variations (±0.5 inch / ±1.3 cm)
Small differences in garment measurements are normal due to manual cutting and sewing processes.
    * Natural Fabric Characteristics
Features like slubs in linen, mild pilling in wool, or slight sheen variations in velvet or knits are inherent to the material and not defects.
    * Variations in Button or Stitch Placement
Minor differences that do not affect functionality or overall appearance are acceptable.
    * Temporary Marks
Chalk lines or washable markings used during production will disappear after washing and are not defects.
    * Minor Stitching Irregularities
Small imperfections in stitching that do not affect durability or appearance are considered normal.
